An automatic order confirmation will be issued to the e-mail address listed on the order. The order number on this confirmation should be indicated in all correspondence regarding the order.Delivery
In normal circumstances your order will ship within 7 days. Freight charges
You will be able to see the freight charges in your shopping cart at the time of check out and before you confirm the order. Free shipping will apply to orders for more than 150 Euro. Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped.Methods of payment
- by credit card
You can choose to pay with Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard. Your credit card number and signature codes are handled by SSL – encrypted communication. Card numbers are not stored in our systems.
- by payment to bank account
After remittance to our bank account in SEB, Sweden, we will deliver the books.
- by invoice
Invoice is accepted for universities, libraries or other registered companies and only with a current customer number. The customer number must be indicated on the order.Claims and damages
We check all books before shipment. If a book is found defect or incorrect, you should contact us within 14 days after delivery for a replacement copy. You may contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone, +46 18 51 18 26.Returns and exchanges
According to Swedish consumer law, private persons have the right to return or exchange their purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you cannot return or exchange books on sale. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for undamaged books. You will need to contact us before returning the book.The original order number must be included in the returned package. Return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all costs, regulations and arrangements. Astrom Editions cannot refund customs or any other charges added by the country in which the books have been shipped. Customer information
Customer information is stored at the time of order placement in our register. No information will by released to third parties unless required by law.Additional information
